Vijayawada, February 7, 2025: The Kanaka Durga Temple in Vijayawada reported a total of ₹2.28 crore from the offerings collected in its hundi on Thursday. In addition to the cash donations, devotees submitted 328 grams of gold and 3.480 kilograms of silver in the form of ornaments.
The temple also received foreign currency donations, including 158 U.S. dollars, 115 Canadian dollars, 65 British pounds, and 30 Kuwaiti dinars, along with an online donation of ₹78,333. The counting process was supervised by the Endowments Commissioner and Executive Officer Ramachandramohan, with Deputy Executive Officer Ratnamraju.
