Born in 1949 in Marshall, Texas, Foreman won gold at the 1968 Olympics and became a dominant force in boxing, with his most famous bout being the 1974 “Rumble in the Jungle” against Muhammad Ali.
Beyond boxing, Foreman found success as an entrepreneur, best known for the George Foreman Grill, which sold over 100 million units. An ordained minister, he dedicated himself to faith and community service. His family expressed deep sorrow, remembering his life of humility and purpose.
