Tirumala, January 8, 2025 – The Tirumala temple is ready for Vaikunta Ekadashi celebrations, with the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) ensuring smooth darshan arrangements at the North Gate. Special provisions have been made to prioritize general devotees, and efforts between police and vigilance teams will ensure a seamless experience. From January 10 to 19, approximately seven lakh devotees will be accommodated, with online tickets available, and tokens for general darshan to be issued starting January 9.
TTD is also beautifying the temple surroundings with vibrant decorations and special lighting. Tokens for darshan will be available at 94 counters across Tirupati and Tirumala for January 10-12, with the first batch of 1.2 lakh tokens issued on January 9. Separate quotas will be provided for senior citizens, children, differently-abled devotees, and NRIs, while tokens for “Break Darshan” will not be available on the Srivari Kalimettu route.
