    SC Informed of Atul Subhash’s Son Living with Nikita Singhania in Suicide Case

    Bengaluru, January 7 – In the ongoing case of Bengaluru techie Atul Subhash’s tragic death, his son is currently residing with his mother, Nikita Singhania, as confirmed by her legal counsel in the Supreme Court. Subhash, a 34-year-old senior executive, was found dead on December 10, 2024, leaving behind a 24-page suicide note that detailed marital distress, emotional struggles, and allegations of harassment by his wife and her family. The case has attracted widespread public attention, with legal actions being pursued against the accused.

    Nikita Singhania, along with her mother and brother, was arrested on December 15, 2024, on charges of abetment to suicide. However, they were granted bail on January 4, 2025. Subhash’s father, Pawan Kumar Modi, has raised concerns over his grandson’s well-being, accusing Singhania of using the child for financial gain. The Supreme Court is reviewing the case, with further proceedings expected soon, as investigations continue to uncover the full details of Subhash’s death.
