New Delhi, February 18, 2025: The Supreme Court of India has granted interim protection from arrest to influencer Ranveer Allahbadia, known as BeerBiceps, following his controversial remarks on the YouTube show India’s Got Latent. The court reprimanded Allahbadia, stating that his comments reflected a “perverted mind” and would bring societal shame.
While offering protection from arrest, the court directed Allahbadia to deposit his passport with the Thane police and prohibited him from leaving the country without prior permission. Furthermore, the court ruled that no additional FIRs could be registered against him based on the India’s Got Latent episode.
