Varanasi, February 7, 2025 – IIT (BHU) Varanasi has set a new placement record, with a student securing an international offer of ₹2.2 crore in the 2025 placement drive. Several other students have received packages exceeding ₹1 crore, particularly in technology and finance sectors, reflecting the institute’s growing global reputation.
This year’s placements attracted top recruiters like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Goldman Sachs, and Oracle. Over 192 companies participated, offering competitive salaries and internships. The surge in high-value job offers highlights IIT (BHU)’s strong academic foundation and industry ties, reinforcing its standing as a premier engineering institution.
