Speaking at a defense technology summit, he called for collaboration between the government, private sector, and research institutions to accelerate semiconductor development.
Singh highlighted that AI-driven defense systems are the future of modern warfare, making domestic chip production crucial. He assured government support for semiconductor research and manufacturing through policies and investments, emphasizing the role of startups in advancing AI-based defense technology.
