Kurnool, March 5, 2025: A Kurnool court has remanded YSRCP leader and actor Posani Krishna Murali for 14 days over alleged objectionable remarks against CM Chandrababu Naidu, Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan, and Minister Nara Lokesh. He was taken into custody from Guntur Jail by Adoni police, medically examined, and transferred to Kurnool District Jail, where he will remain until March 18.
Posani has also approached the High Court, seeking the dismissal of four cases filed against him for allegedly posting offensive content online. Claiming political vendetta, he argued that the charges were inapplicable and requested the police to issue a notice under Section 41-A instead of proceeding with arrests.
