    Bhubaneswar, November 30, 2024: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to attend the 59th All India Conference of Directors General and Inspectors General of Police in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, from November 29 to December 1, 2024. This prestigious three-day event will focus on critical national security issues, including counterterrorism, cybercrime, left-wing extremism, and emerging technological threats such as the use of drones and AI tools.

    The conference will bring together senior police and security officials from across India, including the heads of key agencies like the Intelligence Bureau, CRPF, and NSG. Discussions will aim to enhance internal security mechanisms, share best practices, and address challenges in maintaining law and order.

    The event also highlights Odisha’s growing significance, as it marks the first time such a conference is being hosted in the state. Prime Minister Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, and National Security Advisor Ajit Doval are among the key participants, emphasizing the central government’s commitment to strengthening security and fostering development in the region.
