    PM Modi to Launch ₹46,300 Crore Projects in Rajasthan to Boost Infrastructure

    Jaipur, December 17, 2024: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for 24 projects in Rajasthan, collectively valued at over ₹46,300 crore. The projects span multiple sectors, including energy, road, railway, and water, and are expected to play a crucial role in boosting the state’s infrastructure. The event, titled ‘Ek Varsh-Parinaam Utkarsh,’ marks the completion of one year of the current state government.

    Among the initiatives, the Prime Minister will inaugurate nine projects worth over ₹11,000 crore, comprising seven central government projects and two state government projects. Additionally, he will lay the foundation stone for 15 projects valued at more than ₹35,300 crore, which include nine central government initiatives and six state government projects. These developments aim to improve connectivity, energy efficiency, and overall infrastructure in Rajasthan.

    Key projects include the Navnera Barrage, a smart electricity transmission network with an advanced asset management system, and electrification of the Bhildi-Samdari-Luni-Jodhpur-Merta Road-Degana-Ratangarh railway section. Another highlight is the 12th package of the Delhi-Vadodara Green Field Alignment (NH-148N), which will enhance transportation infrastructure while supporting the Prime Minister’s vision of promoting green energy solutions.

    The ‘Ek Varsh-Parinaam Utkarsh’ program, being held in Dadiya near Sanganer, Jaipur, highlights the government’s commitment to fostering infrastructure and development in Rajasthan. With these initiatives, the state is expected to witness economic growth, improved connectivity, and better access to energy resources, solidifying its role in India’s broader development roadmap.
