New Delhi, April 8, 2025 – Prime Minister Narendra Modi met Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai, in New Delhi to discuss enhancing India-UAE relations. The talks focused on collaboration in defense, trade, technology, space, and connectivity. This is Sheikh Hamdan’s first official visit to India as Crown Prince, accompanied by a high-level delegation.
External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar also welcomed Sheikh Hamdan, emphasizing the strengthening bilateral ties. The Crown Prince’s visit includes meetings with Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and a business roundtable in Mumbai, aiming to boost economic cooperation and solidify the India-UAE Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.
