The revised matrix, which supersedes the previous one dated November 19, 2024, includes key details such as state, institute name, quota, branch, and category. Medical colleges and institutions are advised to visit the official NMC website for the complete updated information.
In related developments, the Supreme Court recently declared domicile-based reservations in postgraduate medical courses unconstitutional, stating that such reservations violate Article 14 of the Constitution. However, the court clarified that the ruling would not affect the domicile-based reservations already granted to students. Additionally, 16 new seats were added for NEET PG counselling round 3, with varying seat availability across different states.
