
Baikonur, April 8, 2025 – A Russian Soyuz MS-27 spacecraft launched from the Baikonur Cosmodrome, carrying NASA astronaut Jonny Kim and Russian cosmonauts Sergey Ryzhikov and Alexey Zubritsky to the International Space Station (ISS). This mission highlights the continued collaboration between U.S. and Russian space agencies in space exploration.
The crew successfully docked with the ISS about three hours after launch. During their eight-month mission, they will conduct various scientific experiments and technology demonstrations aimed at supporting future space missions. The partnership is a significant example of international cooperation in space research.
