Nagpur, March 21, 2025: Authorities have intensified their probe into the recent Nagpur violence, identifying 200 suspects through CCTV footage. To speed up arrests, 18 special investigation teams (SITs) have been formed, working alongside the cyber cell to track down those involved.
Among the arrested is Minority Democratic Party leader Fahim Khan, accused of leading a protest before the unrest. Police records link him to previous cases. Investigators are also working to identify nearly 1,000 more individuals suspected of participating in the riots.
