According to reports, the woman’s Aadhaar details were allegedly used by the attacker to carry out the assault on Khan. The police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the misuse of the woman’s identification documents and trying to ascertain how they were linked to the assailant.
The woman, whose identity has been kept confidential, is cooperating with the authorities in their investigation. She clarified that she was not involved in any criminal activity and was unaware of how her Aadhaar information was misused. The police are also probing any potential links between the attacker and the woman to understand the motive behind using her Aadhaar for the crime.
