High Court Rejects Mohan Babu’s Anticipatory Bail Petition:
Actor Mohan Babu faced a setback in the High Court, as his anticipatory bail petition in the case of assault on a journalist was rejected. The case pertains to an incident where a journalist was attacked near Mohan Babu’s house in Jalpalli. Mohan Babu has been named as an accused in the case, and his lawyer had filed the petition seeking anticipatory bail.
During the proceedings, Mohan Babu’s lawyer informed the court that the actor is currently in Tirupati and is suffering from heart and nerve-related issues. On these grounds, the lawyer requested anticipatory bail for his client. However, the Additional Public Prosecutor (APP) argued against granting anticipatory bail, stating that there was no reason to do so.
After hearing arguments from both parties, the High Court rejected Mohan Babu’s anticipatory bail petition. The decision has left the actor facing further legal challenges in the ongoing case.
