Amaravati, April 24, 2025 — Minister Narayana, along with Guntur Range IG Sarveshwar Tripathi, inspected the arrangements for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Amaravati. They reviewed the routes leading to the public meeting venue where PM Modi will be welcomed by farmers. The Prime Minister will travel by helicopter from the Secretariat to the rally ground.
Minister Narayana confirmed that PM Modi will inaugurate the resumption of capital construction works on May 2. He noted that ₹5,000 crore worth of work was completed between 2014 and 2019, but construction was halted by the YSRCP for five years. PM Modi will lay the foundation for ₹1 lakh crore worth of projects and attend a public meeting with an expected attendance of 500,000 people. A road show will also be conducted upon his arrival.
