Since the coalition government took charge, several victims, with the coordination of the TDP-NRI wing and the government machinery, have been safely brought back to their homes. Many workers seeking employment abroad often fall prey to deceptive agents, and Lokesh has consistently stepped in to rescue them, ensuring their safe return with the help of NRI TDP teams.
In a recent case, Rashida from Kadiri, who had gone to Qatar for work, faced severe abuse and was unable to return despite her family sending money for a return ticket twice. Her employer and agents ignored her pleas, and Rashida sent a video of her struggles to her family. The video was brought to Minister Lokesh’s attention, who acted swiftly and ensured her safe return home.
