    AP Govt Promises Quick Action to Bring Back Srikakulam Youth from Saudi Arabia

    Amaravati, December 3, 2024 — Minister Atchannaidu has assured the families of the youth from Srikakulam district stranded in Saudi Arabia that the state government is diligently working to bring them back. These individuals, who went to Saudi Arabia for work, are currently in distress. The government is in constant communication with the Indian embassy and other relevant authorities to facilitate their safe return.

    Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy has been informed of the situation and has directed officials to act swiftly. Atchannaidu assured that all necessary measures, including diplomatic channels, are being used to resolve the issue. The state is also exploring all available options to ensure the workers’ swift return.

    Efforts are underway to coordinate with local authorities and the Indian Ministry of External Affairs to provide the necessary travel and legal clearances. Minister Atchannaidu urged the public to remain patient and assured them that the government is committed to the welfare of its citizens, especially the youth facing challenges abroad.
