New Delhi, April 11, 2025 — The Union Cabinet has approved the ₹4,819 crore Gondia-Balharshah railway line doubling project in Maharashtra. Covering 341.45 km, the project aims to reduce congestion, improve train operations, and enhance connectivity across important industrial and mining regions.
