New Delhi, February 14 – JioCinema and Disney+ Hotstar have merged to form a new streaming platform, JioHotstar, combining the strengths of both services. JioCinema Premium subscribers will be upgraded to JioHotstar Premium for the remaining duration of their current subscriptions. The new platform offers an extensive range of content from Disney, Hotstar, and JioCinema, enhancing the viewing experience for users.
As part of the merger, JioHotstar has introduced various subscription plans, including an affordable ₹149 plan for three months. The Premium Plan is priced at ₹499 for three months or ₹1,499 annually. The platform aims to provide more options for accessing premium content while maintaining competitive pricing to attract a broad subscriber base.
