Panipat, May 31, 2025 – IndianOil has finalized plans for India’s largest Green Hydrogen project at its refinery complex in Panipat, marking a significant step towards the country’s sustainable energy transition. The project aims to produce green hydrogen using renewable energy sources, significantly reducing carbon emissions and supporting India’s commitment to clean energy and net-zero goals. This initiative aligns with the government’s push for ‘Aatmanirbharta’ in energy and the global shift towards greener fuels.
The Panipat Green Hydrogen project is expected to enhance IndianOil’s capabilities in clean fuel production, positioning it as a leader in hydrogen technology in India.
