New Delhi, February 28, 2025 – The Indian Coast Guard (ICG) has extended the application deadline for Navik (GD) and Navik (DB) posts until March 3, 2025, to fill 300 vacancies. Eligible male candidates who have passed Class 12 (for GD) or Class 10 (for DB) can apply. The salary is ₹21,700 per month, with additional allowances.
The selection process includes a written exam, Physical Fitness Test (PFT), document verification, and a medical examination. Applicants must meet physical requirements, including 157 cm height and a 5 cm chest expansion. The application fee is ₹300 for General/OBC/EWS candidates, while SC/ST applicants are exempt.
