High Court to Hear Allu Arjun’s Petition on Monday in Theater Incident Case

Hyderabad, December 13, 2024 – Actor Allu Arjun has approached the High Court seeking relief from a case filed by Chikkadpally police following an incident at a local theater. The actor’s legal team has requested the dismissal of the case, which alleges his involvement in the incident. His lawyer, Niranjan Reddy, sought an urgent hearing, asking the court to address the petition promptly.

The court inquired if the petition could be heard by 10:30 AM the next day. Niranjan Reddy explained that the petition was filed on Wednesday but was not listed for hearing due to the busy schedule. The lawyer also requested a lunch motion, but the government lawyer opposed the timing. The court has decided to hear the petition on Monday and instructed the police to take no action until then.

Meanwhile, Allu Arjun was questioned by the Chikkadpally police and later taken for a medical examination at Gandhi Hospital. After the examination, he was expected to be moved to Nampally Court. The public prosecutor informed the court of the actor’s arrest, and the case was adjourned for further examination at 4 PM.
