
Gandhinagar, February 18, 2025: The Gujarat government has launched the Soil Health Card Yojana to help farmers assess soil quality and make informed decisions about fertilizers and crop selection. The program will provide farmers with soil health cards detailing nutrient levels and pH balance, aimed at boosting productivity and sustainability.
The initiative also offers personalized guidance on improving soil health, optimizing resource use, and reducing environmental impact. It supports sustainable farming practices, increases farmers’ income, and aligns with the state’s agricultural modernization and environmental conservation goals.
