Hyderabad, May 29, 2025 – The Gaddar Film Awards 2024 winners were announced by Jury Chairperson Jayasudha, honoring outstanding achievements in Telugu cinema. Allu Arjun won Best Actor for Pushpa 2, Niveda Thomas took Best Actress for 35 Idi Chinna Katha Kadu, and Nag Ashwin earned Best Director for Kalki 2898 AD, which also won Best Feature Film. The awards recognized 21 individuals across various categories including supporting roles, music, cinematography, and more, with Pottelu and Lucky Bhaskar named as the second and third best films.
Covering films released between June 2014 and December 2023, the awards also acknowledged contributions from Urdu cinema. Special honors were given in the names of legendary figures like NTR and BN Reddy. After a 14-year gap, the Telangana government revived the Gaddar Awards, with the ceremony set for June 14, celebrating excellence and diversity in the region’s film industry.
