Sri Sathya Sai District, April 10, 2025 – A case has been filed against former YSRCP MLA Thopudurthi Prakash Reddy at Ramagiri Police Station following a complaint from a constable injured during former CM Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy’s visit. The incident occurred when party workers caused a commotion near the helicopter before Jagan disembarked. Police confirmed that Thopudurthi had ignored their security instructions during the event.
The constable stated that Thopudurthi acted irresponsibly near the helipad barricades and verbally abused police when they attempted to control the crowd. Upon inquiry, authorities concluded that Thopudurthi provoked the workers, resulting in a security breach. Cases have been registered against him and others under various legal sections.
