Anantapur, January 2, 2025: A fire broke out at buses belonging to former minister JC Diwakar Reddy’s Travels in Anantapur. The incident occurred early in the morning near the RTC (Road Transport Corporation) bus stand. Four buses were involved in the fire, with one bus completely destroyed and another partially burned. Local residents quickly alerted the police and fire department, who arrived at the scene and brought the fire under control. Fortunately, no one was present at the time of the fire, preventing any casualties.

During the YSR Congress Party’s tenure in power, several of JC Travels’ buses were reportedly stopped.
