New Delhi, March 25, 2025 – Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta presented the Budget 2025-26, focusing on women’s welfare, infrastructure, and social development. A significant highlight was the allocation of ₹5,100 crores for the Mahila Samridhi Yojana, aimed at empowering women through financial aid, skill development, and entrepreneurship support.
The budget also emphasized education, healthcare, and urban development, with increased spending on public transport and pollution control. Rekha Gupta stated that the government remains committed to inclusive growth, ensuring economic opportunities for all sections of society.
