New Delhi, March 25, 2025 – The Delhi government has allocated Rs 6,874 crore for healthcare in the 2025 budget, focusing on improving infrastructure and services. A key highlight is the plan to establish 400 wellness centres to provide preventive care and ease pressure on hospitals, ensuring better access to healthcare for residents.
The budget also includes funding for the expansion of medical facilities, the purchase of advanced medical equipment, and the enhancement of healthcare training programs.
