
Amaravati, April 3, 2025 – Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu directed ministers and MLAs to stay in villages for at least four days a month under the Palle Nidra initiative to enhance public outreach. He emphasized promoting the state’s welfare programs, which he claimed surpass those of neighboring states, and urged officials to secure more central funds for development.
The CM also addressed the Rushikonda Palace issue from the previous Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy administration, asking ministers to visit the site before deciding its future. He highlighted the role of CCTV cameras in solving cases, citing the pastor Praveen death case, and stressed expanding surveillance for better crime detection.
