Undavalli, January 29, 2025: Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu held a TDP Parliamentary Party meeting at his residence in Undavalli, where he discussed strategies for the upcoming Parliament Budget sessions. He expressed confidence that the Polavaram project, funded with ₹12,150 crore from the Centre, would be completed swiftly, benefiting farmers. He also emphasized that elections would be held only after the completion of Polavaram and urged MPs to work together to secure further central support, including for the Godavari-Banakacharla project.
Chandrababu Naidu advised MPs to push for the approval of Visakhapatnam and Vijayawada metro rail projects and the Bullet Train project connecting Amaravati with major cities. He also urged MPs to focus on securing new roads, improving railway projects, and ensuring funding for pending initiatives. Additionally, the CM stressed the importance of MPs attending Parliament regularly and prioritizing their constituencies during other times, while coordinating with the relevant departmental ministers to study how central schemes could benefit the state.
