
Amaravati, April 2, 2025: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu held a crucial meeting with Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) officials in Amaravati to review and implement key reforms for Tirumala. The discussions covered the selection of a consultancy for a vision document, modernization of the Annaprasadam kitchen, and improving Srivari Sevaks’ services. The progress of Sri Venkateswara Swamy temples in different state capitals was also reviewed.
The meeting also addressed the utilization of SRIVANI Trust funds and strategies to uphold the temple’s sanctity, including banning political speeches in the area. The government discussed implementing AI-based technology to reduce devotees’ darshan waiting time and examined land allocation issues, including canceling approval for the Mumtaz Hotel project near Tirumala to prevent commercialization.
