Visakhapatnam, December 7, 2024: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu emphasized the need to combat the drug menace by initiating awareness and preventive measures in schools. Speaking at a public event in Visakhapatnam, he stressed that educating students about the dangers of drug abuse is essential for building a healthy and progressive society.
The Chief Minister reaffirmed the government’s commitment to eradicating drug trafficking and consumption through stringent measures. He called upon schools, parents, and communities to collaborate in identifying early signs of substance abuse and to promote positive behavior among children. He urged teachers to take a proactive role in guiding students toward better choices.
CM Chandrababu also appealed to all stakeholders to unite in creating a drug-free environment for the younger generation. He assured the government’s full support for this endeavor and emphasized that the combined efforts of society would ensure the well-being and future of the state’s youth.
