Palnadu District, February 1, 2025: A significant chit fund fraud has come to light in Narasaraopet, Palnadu district, where victims allege being cheated of nearly Rs 100 crore. The owner of Sai Sadhana Chit Funds Private Limited has reportedly absconded along with his family, leaving investors, including businessmen and doctors, in a state of panic.
Several victims have approached Guntur IG Sarvashreshtha Tripathi, and former councillor Veluri Subba Reddy lodged a formal complaint at the One Town Police Station. Authorities have assured that the case will be escalated to the SP, with further actions to be taken soon.
