Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu Announces P4 System to Empower the Poor

Vijayawada, February 5: Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu announced the launch of the Public-Private-People-Partnership (P4) system to combat poverty in Andhra Pradesh. The initiative aims to uplift the bottom 20% of the population with help from the top 10% financially well-off individuals. A portal will be set up to collect public feedback for shaping the program’s guidelines, which will be finalized after consulting various sections of society.

Naidu also stressed the importance of conducting a special survey to identify the underprivileged and ensure they receive the necessary support. Several industrialists, NRIs, and prominent individuals have already expressed interest in contributing, with some offering to develop their native villages. These contributors will be invited to the Ugadi celebrations for the system’s official launch.
