    Chandrababu Naidu Pushes for Swift Payments and Revival of Compost Units

    Amravati, February 18: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has directed officials to implement QR codes on RTC buses to collect feedback from passengers. He also emphasized that payments for gas cylinder deliveries under the Deepam scheme must be credited to beneficiaries’ accounts within 48 hours. The CM stressed the revival of compost production units from waste materials and called for improvements in public services to ensure visible changes.

    In a review meeting, Naidu discussed public feedback on welfare schemes like Deepam, rice distribution, and RTC services. He noted passenger dissatisfaction with bus stand facilities and suggested improvements, including feedback on food and prices at canteens. Naidu highlighted the importance of addressing corruption and negligence, introducing district-level rankings to enhance the implementation of welfare schemes.
