Amaravati, April 19, 2025: As part of the “Swarna Andhra-2047 Sankalp,” the “Swachh Andhra” program is celebrated on the third Saturday of each month with a different theme. This month’s focus is on “E-waste collection and recycling it safely,” promoting circular economy practices. Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has urged the involvement of state officials, district collectors, MLAs, ministers, NGOs, corporate organizations, students, and youth.
Naidu emphasized setting up e-waste collection centers and utilizing SHG members for their management. The centers will operate under the slogan “Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.” He expressed hope that the program’s success would further advance the Swarna Andhra Sankalp with active public participation.
