New Delhi, January 30, 2025: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will launch psycho-social counselling services from February 1 to April 4, 2025, to support students and parents in managing exam-related stress. The free counselling will be offered in two phases, covering pre-exam, during-exam, and post-exam periods. The tele-counselling service, available from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Saturday, will be provided by a team of 66 trained professionals, including counsellors, psychologists, and educators. The CBSE website will host bilingual podcasts focused on mental well-being. The Class 10 and 12 board exams will begin on February 15, 2025, with approximately 44 lakh students expected to appear.
