New Delhi: Delhi Police’s Special Cell has cracked down on an international drug syndicate, recovering a huge consignment of over 500 kg of cocaine, valued at more than Rs 2,000 crore.
Four individuals have been arrested so far in connection with the case. The seizure is being described as one of the largest drug busts in recent times, highlighting the significant role of the Special Cell in combatting the flow of illegal narcotics into the country.
The accused were part of a well-organized network involved in smuggling drugs into India from foreign sources. Investigations are ongoing to uncover the full extent of the syndicate’s operations, and more arrests are expected in the coming days.
