Amaravati, January 6, 2025 – The Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (APERC) will conduct a public consultation on electricity tariffs for the 2025-26 financial year. The consultation will be held on January 7, 8, and 10, 2025, where the APERC will gather public feedback regarding the proposed tariff adjustments by distribution companies (DISCOMs).
The sessions will focus on the proposed electricity charges, along with annual revenue and expenditure reports. On January 7 and 8, consultations will be held at the Vijayawada A Convention Center, and on January 10, the APERC will collect feedback in Kurnool. Citizens are invited to provide their objections, suggestions, and recommendations to ensure transparent decision-making on the electricity tariff issue.
