The previous government had removed several online services, causing inconvenience to the public. The upgraded portal now eliminates server issues and middlemen interference, allowing citizens to pay fees online and access necessary documents seamlessly.
These services are now available at multiple Sub-Registrar offices across the state, with dedicated help desks providing assistance. Citizens can call 14544 for queries or use the payment grievance system to resolve transaction issues, ensuring a smoother and more accessible registration process.
