Amaravati, February 5: Andhra Pradesh has seen a surge in property registrations, with 68,000 registrations recorded and a revenue of Rs 475.44 crore generated within just one week. This spike is attributed to the state government’s efforts to streamline the property registration process, making it more accessible and efficient for citizens. The increase in registrations indicates a positive response from the public to the reforms in the real estate sector.
Officials have highlighted that the property registration system has been improved through digitalization and ease of access, which has contributed to the surge in transactions.
