Amaravati, April 15, 2025: Minister Narayana announced that by month-end, 15,000 workers will be involved in construction projects in Amaravati. He also reviewed gravel availability for road work, inspecting Kankar quarries near Anantavaram.
The minister outlined plans to acquire land for an international airport and sports city, with the final decision on land consolidation resting with the Chief Minister. He emphasized that the completion of both projects, covering 30,000 acres, would generate job opportunities for around one lakh youth. Additionally, tenders for 42 out of 92 works have been called, with construction expected to finish within a year. He reassured farmers that the second phase of land acquisition would not harm those who provided land in the first phase.
