    Kumaraswamy Calls for Stronger Coordination in Welfare Programs

    Mysore, January 4, 2025: Former Karnataka Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy reviewed the progress of various government schemes and programs at a Disha Committee meeting held in Mysore. The meeting included detailed discussions with MPs, MLAs, and district officials regarding the implementation of central government initiatives and their impact on the local community.

    The session featured MPs from the Mysore-Kodagu and Chamarajanagara constituencies, Mr. Yaduveer Wadiyar and Mr. Sunil Bose, respectively. Karnataka MLAs Mr. G.D. Harish Gowda, Mr. T.S. Srivatsa, and Mr. Harish Gowda were also present, alongside senior district officials. The meeting focused on ensuring that the central government’s schemes are effectively benefiting the people of the region.

    Kumaraswamy’s review emphasized the need to enhance coordination between local authorities and the state to ensure the successful delivery of key welfare programs. Discussions also centered on strengthening infrastructure, healthcare, education, and other essential sectors.
