Gorakhpur ,January 2, 2025: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath recently criticized the previous Samajwadi Party (SP) government for neglecting essential infrastructure and services in Gorakhpur. Speaking at a public event, Adityanath highlighted the contrast between the state of the city when SP was in power and the developments that have taken place under his leadership.
Adityanath, who is also the Member of Parliament from Gorakhpur, emphasized the lack of basic necessities such as healthcare, education, and infrastructure during the tenure of the SP government. He praised the BJP-led government for focusing on the city’s development, bringing in vital projects and improvements to enhance the quality of life for residents. His remarks were aimed at showcasing the progress made by his government and holding the opposition accountable for the city’s earlier neglect.
