APPSC Job Calendar 2025 – The Andhra Pradesh government is set to release new job notifications, aiming to fill 866 vacancies across various departments. A total of 18 notifications are expected, with exam dates for previously released notifications also to be announced. The job calendar will be revealed on January 12, and the SC categorization process is expected to conclude soon, facilitating job recruitments.
The coalition government has been working to address the employment needs of youth, a priority since taking office. Under Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu’s guidance, officials have submitted details of vacant posts to the APPSC. So far, 866 positions have received approval from the finance department. Notably, the forestry department will fill 814 posts, including Forest Section Officers and Beat Officers.
Plans are also in place to fill over 300 AE posts in departments like Roads and Buildings, Irrigation, and Tribal Welfare, as well as more than 300 vacancies in Group-1 and Group-2 positions. The government aims to fill over 3,000 key posts this year, with the job calendar to be released every January. Recruitment for the 20 existing notifications will proceed without delays, with Group-2 mains scheduled for February 23 and Group-1 mains exams to follow in April.
