    Rajnath Singh Warns of Emerging ‘Unconventional Warfare’ Threats in Mhow

    Mhow, December 30, 2024 – Defence Minister Rajnath Singh emphasized the growing significance of “unconventional methods” of warfare as new challenges for India’s defence forces. Speaking at an event in Mhow, Singh highlighted the changing nature of warfare, which now includes cyber attacks, hybrid warfare, and other non-traditional strategies that pose unique threats to national security.

    Singh noted that while India’s military forces are highly capable, the evolving nature of conflicts requires constant adaptation and modernization to address these emerging threats. He also pointed out the importance of training, technological advancements, and strategic collaborations in countering these unconventional methods. The Defence Minister’s comments reflect India’s proactive stance in preparing its forces for modern warfare tactics.
