
Jaipur, December 20, 2024: Union Home Minister Amit Shah spoke with Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal after a tragic fire caused by a truck collision that killed five people in the state. The incident occurred on the National Highway near Jaipur, where two trucks collided, leading to a massive fire that engulfed nearby vehicles.
According to reports, the crash resulted in an explosion that caused a devastating fire, trapping passengers in their vehicles. Emergency services were dispatched to the scene, but the intense flames made rescue efforts difficult. While several people were rescued and hospitalized with injuries, five individuals were confirmed dead, and others are still undergoing treatment.
Amit Shah expressed his condolences to the families of the victims and assured that the central government would provide all necessary support for relief and rehabilitation. CM Bhajanlal has ordered a thorough investigation into the accident and promised swift action to prevent such incidents in the future.
