As part of the centenary celebrations, the Kapoor family announced the Raj Kapoor 100 Film Festival, a special event to commemorate Raj Kapoor’s 100th birth anniversary, set to take place from December 13–15, 2024. The festival, in collaboration with R.K. Films, the Film Heritage Foundation, and the National Film Archive of India, will screen some of Kapoor’s most iconic films across multiple cities. Tickets for the screenings will be priced at ₹100, offering accessible opportunities for fans to experience the cinematic brilliance of Raj Kapoor.
